Like a mud pot immersed in a river - in the source of water. There is water all around the pot and inside the pot. The water is in every pore of the mud pot. In that way, I am present throughout this universe.

Janaka was astonished !
He felt that, as he was empty and hollow, so too was the person in front of him and the person sitting to his left. That everyone was the same! Every single being - they were all the same inside, in the innermost core.

It just takes skill to see that the person standing before you, as hollow and empty - however the person behaves or acts on the outside. Inside what is he? He is my own form. As I am hollow-empty, that person is also hollow and empty. I am nobody, this person is nobody and that person is nobody.

Different coloured balloons may have different designs. Some balloons have only designs. Others are red, blue, orange, yellow and some have mixed colours. What differences does it make? The same air is inside every balloon; the same substance. It is he same thing. Janaka is surprised and amazed and is dazed by this sudden realization.

рдЕрд╣ो рд╡िрдХ्рд▓рдкिрддं рд╡िрд╢्рд╡ं ।
This entire universe is a play of one hollow and empty, playing in different forms, shapes and colours.
 Nobody's mind is predictable.
 Everybody's mind is unpredictable.
Or you can say it other way i.e. that everybody's mind is predictable. Though completely opposite statements, they mean the same. If I say the mind is unpredictable, I have predicted what it is. I've predicted that it is unpredictable.

All comes from this empty space within me and goes back into that. This body has come out of me, and this body will go back into me. I am untouched. I am the non-changing existence.

You don't know how many forms you have come in with. You don't know how many sons and daughters you have had. You don't know how many relatives you have had in the thousands and thousands of years.

Our eyes are covered. Like horses have a side covering on their eyes (blinkers), so they don't get distracted and see only road. Man is extremely cunning. He wants to control the horse in such a way that it doesn't even look at the greenery on either side of the road.

He covers its eyes so it can just see a little bit of the road, because he is in the same shape. He is unable to see the past, and he is unable to see the future.

Health

Few important points for your health.

We need to make the blood alkaline. See, the kind of food that we eat in India is acidic in nature. Eating acidic food causes joint pain, lethargy and diseases in our body. So what should we do about this? We need to make the blood alkaline to balance this. So would suggest you to drink alkaline water. Do this and see how it brings a change in your health.  All vegetables are alkaline, while fruits are mainly acidic. Spices, rice and even milk is acidic. So you need to change this. Two to three hours after your meals, you should drink some alkaline water. Do not drink it immediately before or after your food, as the food will not get digested properly.

How can you make water alkaline?
Take one liter of water, put four cut pieces of cucumber and two small pieces of lemon in it. Keep this overnight and the water becomes alkaline. Drink a glass of this alkaline water two to three hours after your food. Or if you have already drunk some alkaline water, then you should leave a gap of at least one to two hours before you have eat your meals. Try this and see how the PH of your blood becomes better.

Reduce the quantity of grains and cereals in your meals. Food should get well digested. We eat so much and then it does not get digested well, because of which you experience cramps and aches in the body. So once every few days, do not have any grains or cereals in your meals at all, just have raw or boiled vegetables.

We have a tradition in India that on the days of Ekadashi (hindu festival), we fast and do not take any grains. Why is this so? For 15 days we consume all sorts of grains and rice, and that creates acidity in the body. By fasting and avoiding grains completely for one day, that phenomenon (of acidity) gets reversed. Nowadays we have left that tradition, or sometimes we do not get time to follow it properly. So, every two to three months, for a few days, you should only have boiled vegetables with a little salt, and no grains at all. Do this and see what good change you experience in your health.

We often boil vegetables too much, and drain away all the water in which the vegetables have been boiled. When we do this, all the nutrients are lost and we eat only the remaining portion, which is not very nutritious. You should not boil them too much, except potatoes.

Eating potatoes raw is no good. Usually in India, people often have tomatoes, potatoes and brinjals (aubergine), and eat less of green vegetables. We should consume more of green vegetables. You can also have the Oorja tablets from Sri Sri Ayurveda. It helps to complete all the deficiencies in our diet.

Do you know, drumsticks (Indian vegetable) are so rich in vitamins and minerals. It is said that the leaves of the drumstick tree have nutrition equal to 10 bananas and 20 oranges. Our body should get balanced and nutritious food.

Warrior pose

Today, we'll be discussing one of the most popular yoga poses, the Warrior Pose. Also known as Virabhadrasana in Sanskrit, this pose has several variations and is commonly practiced in yoga classes all around the world.

The Warrior Pose is named after a mythical warrior called Virabhadra, who was created by the Hindu god Shiva. This pose is a powerful and dynamic standing posture that can help to build strength and improve flexibility in your legs, hips, and core.

Benefits of Warrior Pose:
  • Strengthens legs, hips, and core: The Warrior Pose helps to build strength and endurance in your legs, hips, and core muscles.
  • Improves balance and stability: This pose helps to improve your balance and stability by strengthening the muscles in your feet and legs.

  • High blood pressure: If you have high blood pressure, avoid the Warrior Pose II variation as it can cause an increase in blood pressure.
  • Neck injury: If you have a neck injury, avoid looking up at your hands in the Warrior Pose, and keep your gaze straight ahead or downwards.

Procedure

To begin, stand at the front of your mat with your feet hip-distance apart. Step your left foot back about three to four feet, turning it out to a 45-degree angle. Bend your right knee so that it's directly over your ankle, making sure to keep your knee in line with your toes. As you inhale, raise your arms up parallel to shoulder. Look up at your hands and engage your core muscles. Sink deeper into your right knee and press firmly into the outer edge of your left foot. Hold the pose for several deep breaths, and then repeat on the other side.

The Warrior Pose is a great way to build strength and flexibility in your lower body while also improving your balance and focus. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there's a variation of the Warrior Pose that's right for you. So give it a try and feel the power of the warrior within you!
